Don't make the mistake I did by ordering from them. HORRIBLE customer service, never got my items, refuse to refund me. The VP doesn't help whatsoever. Looked up them on better business beaurea and they have an F rating for the same issues.
If I could give negative stars I would! It has been over a month since I ordered and when I inquire about my order weekly, they give me a date of the next week for shipment! This company is a scam do not order from them! My granddaughter is disappointed she won’t be gettin her dream dress!

Super disappointed in this company. I specifically requested that the dress be shipped before my daughter's birthday and ordered it about 10-11 days in advance. They shipped it quickly, and I was hopeful it would arrive on time. I kept tracking it and saw that it had been sitting in FedEx warehouses all over PA, etc., and it arrived the very next day after my daughter's party! It was a theme party for which I was specifically hoping to get the matching dress. I haven't even opened the package yet because of how disappointed I was but it's fair to say - I'll never be shopping here again.

Do not waste your money. They will NOT send you the dress. Check your credit card, they are listed as a resteraunt!!
My delivery NEVER arrived, yet Trish Scully refuses to help in tracking down the "lost" shipment. They have kept my $135 and I have a sobbing 5 year old. Their products may or may not be worth the money, but they will not see any more of mine! I should have checked this company's Better Business Bureau reviews...of 35 reviews in the last 2 years 34 are 1 star, with everyone complaining about "lost" packages that customer service refuses to help with or make right. BEWARE!!! Don't do business with this company!
Shop elsewhere. I bought a dress, headband, and suit on 1/29/21 - three months before my children’s first communion. None have arrived despite the fact that I was told that certain items were being shipped via Fed Ex express or would be shipped shortly. My order still states “awaiting fulfillment.” I understand that items tend to run late during COVID, but they never gave a straight answer or tracking information.
When I posted about my experience on their Facebook page, they called me a liar, touted their excellent customer service, and said I didn’t have an order with them (I did under my married name). I couldn’t respond because they then deleted my comment and blocked me from posting (READ the reviews - they do this frequently!). Completely unprofessional to defame your customers. You’d think you’d know better after 23 years of being in business.
This company is a scam. I purchased a dress online and when it came it did not look anything like what was advertised . The belt was hot glued together . Hot glued !!!! Someone sowed across the zipper so you couldn’t zip it up. It looked like something a first year student put together who was leant into to sow. It’s awful. The reviews seemed good on there site until I realized they write them or only keep the 5 stars. I wrote a negative review about our dress and it’s never been posted . After review I realized I’m not the only one . I have asked numerous times for a return label so I can return the item for a full refund and they have refused . After multiple emails and calls they said I can return the item for a restocking fee but they will only give me store credit why would I want store credit for junk. No I want my money back so I can go to a real store and buy a dress for my daughters first holy communion .
After reading these reviews I was so scared I would never see my order but in the middle of the pandemic it took 8 weeks to get to me which is understandable and the items I ordered where BEAUTIFUL, outstanding! Amazing quality (I purchased two crowns) i ordered from Australia. I’m a very happy customer and I couldn’t find anything like these crowns in the entire country.
I love this company and their dresses! They've recently started posting more on their Instagram page and giving us a little glimpse of their business which I really appreciated! I ordered the charlotte dress + a tiara and unfortunately, my rose pinned was squished so I reached out to their customer service email and they sent me a new one right away! These bad reviews confuse me! Maybe they were trying to get a prompt response from a small family-run business during their peak seasons... parents perspective please!!
Terrible customer service. Good luck getting a response. Tried email, website and Facebook. I’m about to file a claim against them. Where’s my kids costume?
Buyer beware. Their standard prices are never real - they basically jack up the price and always have it on sale to deceive customers that they are receiving a higher price item than in reality. Also they do not offer exchanges - so make sure you child is comfortable wearing something that doesn't fit right if the size isn't perfect because if you choose a refund, you will be out of pocket $30 ($10 initial shipping, $10 to ship back, and $10 restock fee). CRAZY! Given we live in a world of shipping now. This is the last dress I plan on buying from them!
Horrible quality. Bad customer service. They will block you on Instagram and Facebook just trying to get help. The prince outfit came falling apart. They refuse to give me a credit. Had to open a PayPal claim
Never received package after 20 days of placing order. No one calls back regarding help with locating package and/or refund of money. Will never use this company again.
